As much as I hate this ytmnd and don't think it deserves top spot, I really have to question this "originallity" that's spoken of on ytmnd. The general humor level on this site is comparable to that of Family Guy. It just has to be random, from some old movie or video game on a repeated loop, possibly photoshopped or animated poorly.
