They're all over Sturgis at the moment; the town's population increases from something like 1,000 to 500,000 for a week in August, so they need some more traffic control during that time. Unfortunately the DoT believes that enough signs on an intersection will make anyone stop, no matter how drunk, so you get stuff like this.
