This is why you get an answering machine. Usually, telemarketers give up after the first couple seconds of the message. Answering Machines + Unlisted # + DNC = little to no telemarketer calls.
And I dont get the whole telemarketer calls = rape idea she has. Can you hang up on someone raping you? No, you can't.
