Actually, Zack De La Rocha was the vocal talent in that song. His voice is so distinct I know that he was the singer. However, Zack has been known to play with a variety of artists so it may be that RATM didn't do this song, Zack was definitely involved. And he gave RATM their distinct sound (nothing against tom,timmy, or brad) so it might as well have been.
