Actually, if you look closely, you will notice a list of 'star' ratings. It is possible to vote anywhere between one and five stars. Next to each ranking is a description of the kind of site that should receive such a ranking. There are two sets of rankings because some people use different standards when rating sites, I listed what I thought were good and useful standard by which to rate sites, and crossed out standards that I thought were inappropriate.
