This is the first YTMND I have seen by ROY4L, here is what I gather from the visual symbols (and how they relate to Miss Temple):
"Famous" - The sign is fading in the U, I attribute this to the concept of fame being short-lived.
"Pig" - This one gives me the most trouble. Miss Temple was seen as cute, and is wearing blue. I think the Red Pig may be opposing imagery to that concept of her. The Pig does have a Halo though, I believe it suggests that it is a good Pig/Child Star.
"Stars" - Besides the obvious, the stars are very colorful and attention grabbing, much like the hype that surrounds the class of star Miss Temple belongs to.
Heart Love, Sex, Passion of one sort on her left. Miss Temple and the many girls/women/females like her have always been Sex Symbols of varying degree.
Nickel Money on the right! And Nickels were worth a lot more back then. o_O
