   Hey, had to give people time to read the text. If it went by too quickly, I'd have dozens of people crying about it flipping to the next screen before they were done reading.

   Only the more experienced users won't see those issues very often in Windows XP. However, I see these problems all the time at work. Most people just don't know what they're doing when they sit down in front of a PC. The music is just called "title.wma" and can be found on any copy of Windows XP in C:_Windows_System32_oobe_images_title.wma. The title is "Windows Welcome Music" and the artist is Microsoft. :P
