You kids don't realize how good you have it. I remember when we didn't even HAVE cellular phones. And computers were 8MHz or less and had less than 1MB of RAM and no hard drive. No widely-available internet, either.
UNCLE! UNCLE! Bessie is really great at answering phones, right? right. So all we have to do is make phones ring aaaall over Lazytown and she'll come around and pick them up!
She is referring to BESSIE BUSYBODY, the town gossip. They need everyone to be active to run the "energy meter" up, but she's lounging on her lawn chair.
