Why is it that people who can't do math always wind up being incharge of billing. I ran into the same problem with a car dealership when I tried to get my warranty extended. I had to extend it before it expired and they tried to explain to me that 12 months from january 6th is december 1st a concept that makes no sense to me. Then they wouldn't even conceed when I said well then they are not giving me the full month. THERE ARE TWO REASONS WHY THATS WRONG. They had to catch at least one. |
