Fads are what made YTMND as much fun as it was. Users could share ideas and create together some of the funniest sh*t on the internets and it was even better when other people had no clue what the hell all us original ytmnd ganstas were laughing at. Case in point, where do you think YESYES and PTKFGS came from? It's just more fun to share interesting ideas with people who not only appreciate it, but build on it. Thats how fads start. Sadly, ignorance bought you a 1st class ticket to the fad hating bandwagon
