Yes, this is clearly photoshopped because it's a high-compression jpeg. The ghosting is caused by the fact that the quality on the picture is turned down, you can see it on jpegs all the time.
f*cking get a real program and stop using your microphone and windows sound recorder. Try Start>Programs>Creative>SoundBlaster Live!>Creative Recorder if you have a Creative card. 1 until then. It hurts my ears.
4 because I don't at all get it, 3 because I don't know who takara is, 2 because you didn't put image & sound credits, and 1 because I have a feeling that even if those things were remedied, it wouldn't be funny in the least.
