Not Al. Believe it or not, Weird Al is not the only person that writes song parodies. He sings everything he writes, so if it's not sung by him, it's not by him.
The good part about this YTMND is the video. The music could be two people having an intelligent conversation with each other about the state of conflict in the Middle East, and it wouldn't change how awesome this YTMND is :-D
The swastika, when at that angle and orientation, is the peace sign. Flipped backwards and rotated 45 degrees, that is the symbol Hitler used. Common mistake, though, it's still a good one not knowing that.
