Yeah its definately tracking, not random, I went on and it put a mark where I live, lets get some Russian people to get on, it would really screw up the thing, maber someone go on it from every corner of the globe, even the ocean, that would make the whole map red, strange you dont see dots from wireless people out on the ocean though.
You guys didn't even see the one about the site before, did you? That list right there is everyone who has put a link to the site. Up at the top there is the list of aproved sites in green.
