Kind of true... Gear does help a lot (I'm one of those unfortunate Warriors), but there is more skill than that involved. I play on my friend's account, and I see him beat people that are higher level than him, and have better gear. I think a better way to say that would be "PVE is 10% skill and 90% gear" and "PVP is (either 50-50, or 60-40, skill-to-gear)." They're both way different.
Wow. Usually I can't stand rap (still can't) but I think that was very well written. Also, I kind of feel sorry for Max sometimes. We make fun of stuff and he has to take all the crap from chode-lawyers and crazy radical psuedo-religious chode-scientologists or whatever. :(
