This would be so much better if it wasn't tiled. The tile effect is so overdone and it makes the image seem so derivative.

This site is a great way to kill time. I think the majority of YTMND sites are kinda dumb and way too many of them use the dumb tile feature. But the ones that are good are usually really good. There are two kinds of YTMND sites I really enjoy. (neither of them use the tile feature.)
1 - Sites that are genuinely interesting and/or funny.
2 - The kind that are so stupid and silly that I can't help cracking up.

In any event, this is one of my favorite websites. Keep up the good work. As for merchandising, it would be a real shame for that to stop. The stickers are a must have and I'd really like to get a YTMND hoodie.
