the mayans predicted it was the end of the world only becuz they couldnt see anything after that date, but to put it simply its actually the beginning of a new era of earth being in a higher frequency where greed and deception end and unconditional love begins, its the 4th "density", or dimension, to put it in a nutshell its the beginning of what they call the "golden era"
in addition, the mayans knew the world was round hundreds of years before the europeans, they along with other ancient cultures around the world built structures that are more precisely placed than we can do today, and they even track celestial events, their calender is the most accurate one on the planet, more accurate than the gregorian calender that we use
