That'd be cool for Cali. In Canada, the feds are passing a new stupid law for mandatory drug sentencing, in the name of "combatting gangsterism", rather than taking the obviously logical route of legalizing MJ, taking a major source of income from the black market, and then taxing it and making tons of money for themselves.
