Up and Coming? Seriously, somethings wrong here. The image is way too large and not even well edited. If you want to make a good site with just a static image, it has to be done with awesome editing skillz. Not MS Paint work. The music is just some downloaded song also left unedited. If more of these sites get in the Up and Coming list, please shoot me.
