heh, i guess american people only buy games where the main character looks strong and determined. especially in the one where kirby is running with a treasure box, in the japanese game he appears to be fleeing for his life. but in the american version they made it look like he's rebelliously escaping against all odds, or something. very interesting observation.
Awesome! You guys do realize that underneath all that cuteness, Kirby games are actually pretty violent! He eats his enemies whole, chops them up with swords, blows them up with bombs, burns them, freezes them, and many other painful methods of destruction. It's just that the enemies disappear with a puff of pretty stars instead of exploding into bloody gibs.
I should play a Kirby game soon, if only for the nostalgia. They were shweet, I remember loving them as a kid. Before I stopped playing GameBoy as much and moved to consoles, and then PCs. And then the laptop I'm using right now, lol... Er, wait, I- what I meant to say - RAWR GUNZ KILL KILL KILL! I AM A MANLY SUPER-SPACE-NINJA COMMANDO WITH MANY CHAINGUNS! BIG ONES! AND A ROCKET LAUNCHER OR THREE! DEATH AND MAIMING TO ALL WHO APPOSE MY BADASS, ONE-LINING STUDLYNESS!!
