If he was Sith, his lightsaber would be red. Also, his lightsaber would certainly not be green, seeing as he probably does not have the mental capacity to be a Jedi Consular. If he was Jedi (which would me he was not Sith), his saber would be blue, as he would become the physical powerhouse that is a Jedi Guardian.
