I'm actually not sure. I'm assuming you call Master Miller a lot near the beginning. Probably won't work in the GC version, as nakedfox illuded.

Been a long time since I played MGS, but if I remember correctly you get this codec conversation with Miller after encountering that metal grated flooring that makes a sh*tload of noise when you run over it.
