For who those that dont know, Windows xp is based on these 3 operating systems. Windows NT, Windows ME, and 2000. thats how i think windows xp professional was built basically. Cause NTFS came from windows NT, System restore came from ME, the password ecryption came from windows 2000. the themes and others were added on origianlly.
