Dunno why people keep going nuts over the reflection thing. It stays there if you just decrease opacity a little bit. Download the gif and open it up in Imageready to try for yourself. The part that seemed the most tedious was just tracing the top of his fingers with the eraser tool to get rid of parts of the image that would normally be on top.
