RIP Steve Bender (Dschinghis Khan)
Created on: May 22nd, 2006
Steve Bender, the 'Bald guy' from Dschinghis Khan, died this month from cancer, aged 63. He had lived a fulfilling life long after Dschinghis Khan split, producing many succesful records, and becoming a VERY proud father. My condolences to the family.

"haha his name was khan"
No-one in the group Dschinghis Khan was named Khan. Tehy took the name, as it was the title of their debut song for the Eurovision song contest.
The group's songs tended to centre around historical figures and places, for example, Moscow, Genghis Khan (Dschinghis Khan being German for this) and Rome.
