I'm sure I could cobble together a soundbyte of Picard saying "Lt. Jean Luc-Picard of the U.S.S. Enterprise", but I thought it was more important that the sound explain WHY he's a lowly j.g. in the alternate timeline. Otherwise, it just looks like I manipped him into a new uniform with no context.

Incidentally, if anyone has the DVD set with this episode, and wants to cut a higher quality of this sound, I'd appreciate it. The VHS recording kinda blows, as you can tell.
