I can't make it huge, this is the smallest I could get it to fit into a ytmnd. There's a 4.7 meg version that is the appropriate length from this clip (this is trunicated and looped).

Dude, if you can't get it any bigger, you've got something wrong with your GIF compression program, whatever it may be.

Yeah, 1.5 megs is way too huge for that. I'll take a look at it, but just from the YTMND, it looks like the framerate is probably the biggest issue.

Adobe Imageready. I can physically make it bigger, but the raw footage taken from AVI to GIF is 22mb. Optimized and resized it's at 4.7. Then I cut it short and changed a few color transitions to make it fit on YTMND. It unfortunately can't get any bigger

Yeah, I was just messing around with it in Imageready, and I noticed that you're right. It probably has something to do with the footage itself not being GIF freindly. ?_?

Here, I cut down 2/3 of the frames, and increased the size by 200%. 1.2 megs. I think it looks pretty decent. Your call on whether to use it or not, of course. :) http://rapidshare.de/files/14968747/improbed.gif.html
