The saw doesn't rebuild anything. Boomaga is right in that its used for mining. Doesn't go very far though, only goes less than 1 mph.

what it is is a bunch of shovels attatched to a wheel, they use it to either A) scoop off soil to reach the ore, B) mine soft ore, or C)use it to srape soil that contains ore. Believe it or not, this is a small one, there is one in northern germany thats like twice the size of this.
