That's German text, and the prominent pikachu is in a German WWII outfit. The most obvious visual clue is the presence of an MP40 in its hand. This is not Russian... the German text translates to "Cold! and Stalingrad does pain" (Don't ask me what the meaning of the phrase is, that is a very rough translation). Am I the only German speaker on ytmnd?
This image is mysterious, but I would guess the author speaks a language where there is no differentiation between L and R, due to the mention of "Ehlic von Manstein [sic]" at the bottom.
That narrows it down to a few east asian languages, primarily Mandarin and Japanese.
And Chinese people rarely play Japanese games, for social/ideological/censorship reasons.
