People who are not (a) fatties (b) gangsta rappers can wear small or medium adult sizes. Also 5'11 200lbs is taller than average, and either bodybuilder or overweight / borderline obese. People who are average height and weight can wear adult medium clothes. L on an average sized, not overweight person looks like a hefty bag.
