He isn't dead. In fact, he is slated in the cast list on IMDB for the next three episodes. They never showed him dying. I might be in denial, but let's not jump the gun here.

He is not dead. He is slated in the cast list for the next three episodes which have already been filmed on IMDB and is supposed to be in the 24 movie. They never showed him dying. But you jumped the gun :-(
