Is this one of those tongue in cheek sites where the funny part is how sh*tty it is and its made purposely sh*tty in order to be funny? Just let me know and I'll blindingly 5 star this to fit in.

Sites stay on U&C for too long that new sites don't have a chance to show up. The voter sample size is too small to give an accurate rating. Sites are on Top Viewed for days on end because they've been on U&C for that long. Once you get on that list by a fluke of no downvotes, you won't ever slip off of it, because no one views any sites beyond those already on that list. But that's just my opinion.
It seems like anymore it takes a fluke to get on U&C. You have to luck out that you don't get at least 2 downvotes, or you're screwed because there aren't enough voters around anymore to make up for that. You get two 1 stars, a couple other votes, and you're off recently created and have such a low score you won't ever show up on U&C. The gimmick downvoters were cute maybe a year ago, because there were enough regular voters to even it out.
