With a little thought, I can see how this can be a pretty confusing topic right there, on the spot, with the pressure of a waiting customer. Technically, you should be right, Pilcrow. It's a small error that can go a long way. It's unacceptable that these telemarketers didn't already know the answer but understandable as normal human beings.
Awesome job, I really like it. I would ReAlly prefer the "gangsta Kramer" pic instead of the small flashy videos. Just more humorous and easy going on the eyes, imo.
Well, they've got their eye toy so you've got to give them the benefit of the doubt there. But overall, yes-this reminds me of that video where Microsoft is showing off new Vista features and identical Mac OS ones appear as Gates is speaking :P.
