lol, this music is from the Pain Killer expansion, Battle Out of Hell... or something like that. I got the dvd version, PK: Black. I hated that damn lvl, damn clowns...just kept coming and coming. Oh and the coolest first lvl of all time, you get to kill children in an orphanage, it rules VERY hard!
