Gah! I just realized what episode that's from! It's not the hologram of Riker's "son" it's Picard when he went through a teleporter accident! Riker is looking at Picards wang.
For those who don't know: THis is from an episode where Romulans trick Riker into thinking that it's 16 years later. That boy is Riker's son in that trick. (I'd tell the real ending, but I don't feel like it)
