Actually, the Source engine is pretty accommodating. You can play Half-Life 2 on a 700 MHz PC with a mid-range video card as long as you're content to turn the settings down a bit, and Portal is probably even less of a powerhouse.
As much as I like classic Popeye, and despite the fact that this could contribute to an Abu Hassan fad that I could claim some responsibility for, I'm afraid I have to agree with Hyrus' criticism (if not his attitude). It's not really a good parody. But I'm rating it a tad higher. It's not terrible, but it's not too good either. Didn't make me laugh or anything.
