Meh, I guess it makes sense to me the most. It's pretty much just supposed to be a joke, though, so whatever, downvote if you feel the need, no skin off my nose. :)
To clarify, the song and the title are supposed to be part of the joke. The two countries are neighbours ('neighbourly love'), and they're fighting. Think of the song, like, Lebanon is singing it to Israel or something, if that makes sense.
