Yeah, I remember hearing about this. Technically it's in the Sonic 2 Beta ROM, but it's an empty blue space of death. The boss was rumored to be a burning Sonic skeleton. Of course, that was too scary for the kiddies and it got pulled.
The splicing to make it sound like he said "cakes" was great, but then you had to rape it with the cake song, and then, as if that wasn't enough, you rape it again with NEDM. Please, just stick to one thing unless you can pull off a fad comp real well.
Error: Rating 4.04 cannot be found. Oh, and clean up a bit on the transition between two of the parts in the song, (when you cut to the part with bass.) it's a bit choppy.
Okay, song done! I used a MIDI of Danger Zone, Ableton Live and a YM/FM (Genesis-sounding) soundfont to make this. I would use FL, but Macs don't have FL. :(
