Congrats on making an extremely generalized observation about lack of creativity. Gee, perhaps instead of sitting in a cave smearing animal blood all over a cave wall, some of us decided to go out and invent. Just because something doesn't make you go "Ooohhh, Ahhh" doesn't mean it isn't creative or imaginative. Imagination is in everything, douchebag, whether you see it or not.
Horrible editing, horrible music. Horrible YTMND. This music is over-used, and at that, not even approrpiate. Not to mention the editing is sloppy and blunt.
I'm all for WoW humor, but you take a picture as old as the f*cking intarwebz, change a little text in the bottom corner (a still unimaginative and boring joke), then add some over-used sound file. One.
