That's less than it sounds. The government's limit is probably several times GDP before we get in any real trouble. Not even most of the "national debt" is owned by foreigners - it's mostly by other U.S. entities (and almost half of the 'debt' is just shuffling between parts of the federal government).

They moved the ending to the beginning of The Subtle Knife. Which might have made sense if it was like 3.5 hours long already, which it isn't.
