Korf, you realize they're both Walken right? It's not quite as simple as "fad sounds" edited into something else. It is rather clever, at least for YTMND.

Wow... The way he reads poetry, you'd never know that some of the words rhyme. He steps all over the foot like a spaz - who reads a poem that frickin' fast, like it's a frickin' race ? Is that supposed to mean he really MEANS it, that this is Walken being DARK here ? He's like the parody of himself. Seriously, guys, I mean, I liked "Deer Hunter" and "Dead Zone" and "Brainstorm" and that "Continental" SNL sketch, but I'm starting to wonder if he really isn't secretly a bad actor.

So you're irritated because he doesn't say it in verse? It's hard to take something seriously when it's all uniform and not disorienting, too...

"but I'm starting to wonder if he really isn't secretly a bad actor." He's a niche actor, to a point. He does a few things really, really well. However, when he strays too far....well, we get this. I still likes 'im.
