No doubt about it. Such scooters and small-engined bikes are a fairly common sight in Asian countries. Expect n*gg* to steal a bunch when he goes to Thailand or the Philippines.

Very true, I saw zillions when I was there. It is not uncommon to see 3 people on one scooter.

5'd for using the Kim Jong-Il song from "Team America: World Police!" LMAO Scooters are so much more popular outside of North America, but you can find a Vespa dealership in most major cities across North America too. Probably not in Alaska though. Anyway, great site! :D
