Never tried heroin....I thought this song was just about S&M....I know Lou Reed did heroin A LOT back then though so who knows.....

I saw a show about hard drugs in the 60s and all these people said things like, oh i did heroin or coke to expand my mind and stuff..and Lou Reed said "I did heroin because I was a f*cking junkie". You have to admire his honesty.....
