HA! I said the exact same thing. Its like, wow, can the man stop for one second. Does he have cataracts? Does he need some eye drops? Or is he simply batting his dissolving eyelashes at Obama. The world may never know. All I know is that he probably blinks faster than his heart beats a minute!
