There's barely anything properly Irish about this tired old stereotype. Guinness isn't Irish (fair enough it was once), the potato comes from South America, that daft hat is a joke, lucky charms aren't available in Irish supermarkets, your Ivory Coast flag is upside down, sensible people don't smoke since the introduction of the national smoking ban... I mean I could go on. Mercifully, you forgot hurling and leprechauns.

I imagine this fad has a few more iterations along the Black Irish (inventors of the McRib no less) axis through the permutations involving the Ivory Coast flag. Personally, I'll stay away from this one starting from now.
