Here we get into the weird part. The faster something goes, the more mass it gets under relativity. Stopping all time but that of the oven would ensure that the oven would be infinitely heavy if it moved even a nanometer, because it would have gone somewhere in no time. However, if you stopped time on the oven itself, it would take infinite amount of time to move, and thus have a mass of zero. Further, it'd replace your fridge, because there would be no chance for decay of anything within the oven.
