Change his moves to be more Norris-like, then maybe you can have a 5.

Pretty poorly done. It even still says "Evolved from Graveler." The moves need powered up too. Norris isn't even spelled right.

Change his level to 255 for winnage. Iron Man isn't quite fitting, either. (Chuck Norris can clearly move and think, because we can observe him roundhouse kicking things and thinking about roundhouse kicking things. Until we get roundhouse kicked and/or headbutted.)
