hes not tehpwner2, ive been viewing zomgs sites for almost a year now and you can tell pretty easily theyre two different people. you can tell because of how each type, what each says, the sites they like, and most obviously the way they vote. tehpwner typed more formally when using complete sentences, capitilizing letters using punctuation and things like that. all lowercase with zomg. tehpwner, from what i saw, used narv a lot and zomg doesnt use words like that at all. im VERY sure hes not tehpwner
