A couple things, you need another sharp as it is in G-sharp minor. Also, in the last measure it sounds to me that there should be another 8th note B on the 2nd beat instead of a rest.

Improviser: It's actually in a mode of G# minior. Play through it and you'll see what I mean. You're totally right about the extra 8th note though. Fixing momentarily...
