People, calm down. First of all, the guy doesn't just have tourettes. He has other problems that exaggerate the affects of his tourettes. Second of all, the tourette's guy himself apparently is okay with people making fun of him. Considering the fact that there is a website that makes frequent updates of videos of this guy, it would be illegal to do so if this guy didn't want the site owner to record his daily life.
