Michael Wolfson passed away in a car accident on a highway, while being driven by a friend. He was in the passenger seat at the time, not wearing a seat belt. A car came from behind them driven by a drunk man. His friend swerved out of the way and went into a ditch. The car flipped over and crushed the entire passenger side of the car.
